Appointments are scheduled at an agreed upon date/time for a combination of in-person, live video sessions, phone calls, and email check-in communication. We can choose the method most accessible to you.
We will work together to explore your strengths, goals, imbalances, and lifestyle to bring the body and mind into a closer state of harmony.
Yoga Therapy Expectation
In between our live sessions together, it is the expectation that you will practice independently on the plan we mutually create to meet your needs. This plan absolutely takes into account your schedule, lifestyle, time-limitations, and other life priorities like family, work, etc. and will be an empowering complement that is meant to set you up for success.
Yoga Therapy Package Investment
Package: 4-session, personalized yoga therapy package is $340.
Per session: $100 for a single session
